Cyprus Hills Mountain Village is an exclusive, high quality residential development in an elevated position overlooking the Kyrenia district, designed to enable each villa to benefit fully from the spectacular sea and mountain views.

Payment Plan

Plot Reservation
London & Cyprus Homes will provide a detailed purchase package upon plot reservation. This package is acquired by the purchaser paying a £1000 (One Thousand British Pounds) plot reservation fee.
The package will contain sufficient information for the purchaser to undertake full due diligence prior to exchange of contracts. The purchaser will have the benefit of 21 days to exchange contracts with a 15 % deposit.

The £1000 plot reservation fee will be deducted from this deposit. If after 21 days contracts have not been exchanged subject to discretion, the developer has the right to freely offer the property in the market place.

Payment Schedule
The full payment schedule is as follows:

15 % Signing of contract.
20 % On completion of foundations.
20 % On completion of concrete works up to roof level.
20 % On completion of brickwork and plastering works.
20 % On completion of windows and floors.
5 % Is payable on delivery of full vacant possession of the property to the purchasers. The purchaser shall within 14 days of taking possession of the property issue the vendor with a list of defects (snagging) to be rectified by the vendor and the purchasers shall be entitled to retain the sum of £3000 until these defects have been rectified.
£500 is payable on and in return for transfer of title to the purchasers or to their order.

i. Payment intervals will be triggered by a certificate of interim works which will be provided by the architect employed by London & Cyprus Homes to confirm that these works have been completed.
ii. Photographic evidence will be provided by a London & Cyprus Homes after sales Manager for overseas purchasers unable to undertake a site inspection.
